Kashimbo – Return & Shipping Policy

All Sales Are Final
Each piece from Kashimbo is crafted in limited quantities. Due to the nature of our production, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing or preference.

If you need a different size, you are welcome to place a new order once your preferred size is available.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Items
We only accept returns for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request a review, please email kashimbo.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item.

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging with tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Kashimbo reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet these conditions.

Our team handles each claim with care and integrity to ensure every member of our community receives the quality experience they deserve.

Shipping
Kashimbo is not responsible for issues caused by shipping carriers.

  • If an incorrect or invalid shipping address is provided, we cannot intervene, as the address is submitted directly by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer must email kashimbo.shop@gmail.com Once the returned package is received, we will process a refund.

  • Refunds cover the total cost of the order excluding shipping fees. Shipping fees, ranging between $4.90 and $8, are non-refundable.

Customs & International Orders
Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any customs fees or duties charged by their country upon import.
